We encourage samples. Please order one sample frame from our site and if you place an order in quantity we will apply that sample frame to your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase sample, return your frame within 14 days for a full refund.

Need fulfillment options? We have the service necessary to fill your order. We can insert your certificate, drop ship to multiple locations, do turnkey fulfillment, meet master carton ship specs or provide a certificate for you. Please call for quote. 800-833-4438

Shipping:
FOR A LIMITED TIME FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. Orders for stock products are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Products are shipped Fed-Ex ground unless rush service is requested. Items indicated as low stock or unavailable for quick-ship may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please check for notices under individual item descriptions for availability and delivery times. Please note our normal shipping charges represent a well packed glass-front frame that will arrive unbroken. If the unforeseen event happens that the frame is damaged in shipment, we will replace that frame immediately at no charge to you. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. To arrange for shipment of your product please call 800-833-4438. We ship all over the world using Fed-Ex International Shipping which is currently not available for ship selection on our website.
