I recently ordered a frame from Award Certificate Frames as a present for my husband. I was impressed with the quality of the frame and was excited to put his award in the frame and surprise him with it. Unfortunately, I had not realized that his certificate was larger than the frame size. I quickly contacted the company and was amazed by the prompt response and amazing service. Within 24 hours, I was able to return the frame to the company without being penalized for my error.

I ordered 5 frames from your company and they arrived so quickly I was honestly surprised to see what was in the box!  The frames are packaged perfectly - I opened each one individually to ensure there were no scratches or broken glass, and I found no problems at all.  Lastly, I placed a document in one of the frames to see what the end result would look like, and I was exceptionally impressed!

 
I purchased these for a first annual event, and I was so impressed that I'm thinking about buying a couple more for myself!
 
Thanks for providing a great product - it exceeded my expectations and the quick delivery was a major bonus!
